Akureyri is a city at the base of Eyjafjörður Fjord in northern Iceland. In the center, the 1940 Akureyri Church has stained-glass windows portraying scenes from Icelandic Christian history.
Borgarnes is a town located on a peninsula at the shore of Borgarfjörður in Iceland and is the largest town in the Borgarbyggð municipality with a population of about 3800 residents.

South Coast Highlights – Iceland
Embark on a journey through Iceland’s breathtaking South Coast, known for its dramatic natural beauty. Witness the stunning waterfalls of Seljalandsfoss—where you can walk behind the cascade—and the mighty Skógafoss. Discover the hidden Gljúfrabúi waterfall, tucked behind a rocky cliff. Visit the base of Vatnajökull, Europe’s largest glacier, and take a stroll along the striking black sand beach of Reynisfjara, near the village of Vík, famed for its basalt columns and sea stacks.

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and head towards Iceland’s scenic east, with stops at the Glacier Lagoon, Diamond Beach, and charming eastern highlights.
South to East – Jökulsárlón, Diamond Beach & East Iceland Exploration
Begin your day at the breathtaking Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, where massive icebergs gently float from the Vatnajökull Glacier into the serene waters. Lake Mývatn & Diamond Circle Highlights – North Iceland

Next, visit the striking Hvítserkur rock formation, resembling a prehistoric creature rising from the sea, followed by a stop at the breathtaking Kolugljúfur Canyon, where a mighty waterfall plunges through a dramatic gorge.
Continue your scenic drive towards the west of Iceland.

Silver Circle & Lava Cave Exploration – West Iceland

Snæfellsnes Peninsula Tour – West Iceland

Marvel at the snow-capped Snæfellsjökull volcano, famously featured in Jules Verne’s Journey to the Center of the Earth. Visit Ytri-Tunga beach, known for its resident seal colony, and explore the picturesque coastal villages of Arnarstapi and Hellnar. Stroll along the dramatic Djúpalónssandur black pebble beach and capture breathtaking photos at the iconic Kirkjufell Mountain. On your return, pass through Húsafell and enjoy the ever-changing scenery as you make your way back to the capital.

Golden Circle, Kerid Crater & Blue Lagoon – Final Day in Iceland
Conclude your Iceland journey with the classic Golden Circle Tour, featuring three of the country’s most iconic natural wonders: the erupting Geysers, the majestic Gullfoss (Golden Waterfall), and the geological marvel of Þingvellir National Park. Continue to the vibrant Kerid Crater, a striking volcanic caldera with its vivid blue lake.
Later, unwind at the world-renowned Blue Lagoon, where you’ll enjoy two hours of relaxation in the warm, mineral-rich waters—perfect for soothing both body and mind.
Following your visit, return to Reykjavík, with drop-off between 8:00–8:30 PM.
